Igor Ilyin

STEM Tutor with Expertise in 3D Vision and Applied Mathematics

Graduated from one of the top schools in Russia — Lyceum No. 30 (ranked here), class of 2012. Back then, he was busy winning city Olympiads in maths, programming, and physics.
Got his Master’s degree in Applied Mechanics and Mathematical Modeling from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in 2019.
Recently (just yesterday) graduated from the Yandex School of Data Analysis (YSDA) — class of 2025. Almost there!

He works as a Lead 3D Computer Vision Research Engineer at a robotics startup — they build navigation systems for robots that don’t bump into things. Check it out: kudan.io
On the side, he is a Research Consultant at Splatica, a cool startup that creates digital twins of real-world spaces:splatica.com.
Oh, and he is also teacher! He is a lecturer at DeepSchool (deepschool.ru), where he helps folks master the magic of 3D computer vision. Hopefully, this background helps inspire kids to take their studies seriously — and maybe even have a little fun along the way!
